25ml white port 25ml marmalade vodka 50ml sweet sherry 1 splash of angostura bitters Stir ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass with a twist of orange peel. For the marmalade vodka 1kg seville oranges roughly chopped 750ml vodka 300g sugar Mix ingredients in a wide mouthed kilner jar and leave to steep for at least a month.
